Clayton graduated from The Pennsylvania State University and worked several years for civil engineering firms in Pennsylvania before relocating to Soldotna, Alaska in 2011.

15+ years civil engineering experience (12+ on the Kenai Peninsula)

Alaska registered professional civil engineer, 2012

ADEC-certified public water system sanitary survey inspector

ADEC public water system certified operator (small treated systems)

Alaska certified erosion and sediment control lead (CESCL)

Veteran US Army National Guard, 2000-2006 (2004 Deployment to Iraq, Honorably Discharged)

In his free time, Clayton enjoys outdoor adventures with family and friends or solo. He feels very blessed to have the opportunity to live in Alaska and explore such a beautiful piece of God's creation.
Laura Spitler
Administrative Assistant

Laura completed her undergraduate education at West Chester University of Pennsylvania and her graduate education at The Pennsylvania State University. Her background is in speech-language pathology but her role at Skyline Engineering Services focuses on customer service, marketing, and bookkeeping.
​
In her free time, Laura enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends, especially beach combing, hiking, and hanging out by the water.
